That investigation is in progress. Given the subject matter, the evidence, one way or the other, has not been divulged. This is to be expected for two reasons, first it is a criminal investigation. It is standard to keep the suspect guessing about what the prosecutors know. Many criminals have been caught trying to cover up evidence, the prosecutor didn't know exists for example. Many others have offered evidence in a plea bargain setting because they overestimated the case against themselves. But I have to admit, most of what I know about criminal investigations, I got from watching Columbo.
Second, since this involves suspicion of foreign espionage, protecting sources and methods justifies keeping some information classified, at least until it is necessary to divulge it.
But I understand you are highly partisan. I have no problem with that. Many people are.
