Cuonzo isn't a better coach than KA. He has better players, that's why KA didn't succeed. Couldn't recruit good enough players to win fast enough. Talent wins championships, the days of coaches winning on strategy alone are pretty much gone. Look at the recruiting rankings of the one seeds or teams in the final four, they are almost always the most talented or at the very least loaded with top 100 players.
