UCF should be the premier non-Power 5 program

Great location in Florida (Orlando market), incredible access to talent, huge enrollment (to financially support the program with student fees), upgraded facilities, etc.

Seriously, you would be hard-pressed to find very many better situations overall below the Power 5 level.

I know he turned around a program that bottomed out and made it very good, but is isn't like he did it at some backwater place like Idaho or New Mexico State. With the advantages in place at UCF, they OUGHT to be good.
