Colorado when they hired Dan Hawkins, Tennessee with Butch Jones.

He went from a very rich recruiting area where having the 59th best class was best in the conference to the big 10 where he will compete with Ohio State, Penn State, etc for recruits.

It's a pretty big leap to think he can repeat that nebraska.
