Harris didn't have an offer fro MSU because MSU was all in on Smith. In fact, it came down to MSU and Illinois for Smith.

CM visited Smith (who told CM he didn't plan on taking an official to MU) and THEN CM took a verbal from Harris.

Argue Harris will be the better college player, but equating both as valued prospects is nonsense. You think UK, Duke and MSU wanted Harris?
