Tilmon at Illinois and Smith at Missouri

Both would fill a weakness. Missouri doesn’t have an elite PG ready to lead the team. Harris could be in time, but I think Smith is a better prospect.

And, Tilmon at Illinois would fill their biggest weakness this season.
