When we were not very good and in a rebuild season. At this week of the season we were ranked #23 in 2013-14.

Being in the conversation of the NCAA tourney is not rebuilt. That should be an assumed given. Being rebuilt is when you are expected to challenge and compete for the conference championship and are expected to make the tourney every year.
