Just because a group is forwarding an idea doesn't make it 'knee jerk mob mentality'

Trusting everyone has everything 'under control' when the ship is sinking is 'lemming group think'.

Lemming group think feels very good, very comfortable right up until the last moment.

So my position is: don't suppress anyone.

If Nohawks wants to stand in silent prayer for Odom, wishing for the best, that's fine.

And if someone else wants to say Joe John Finley OJTing the OC position while Walters & Odom are also OJTing their positions is about as dumb as it gets...that's fine too.

We have the money to go get a real OC. If we don't do it fine - the entire staff will get solved that much quicker...
