to the same level of service, same options, same pricing for internet service as people who live in areas where infrastructure can be leveraged against a huge number of people?
do they expect an airport within 3 miles, or a mall?
Or anything else?
the internet isn't a right.
High speed connections aren't a right.
Companies aren't obligated to service you at the same price they can service 100,000 or 1,000,000 customers in a small area.
Net neutrality wasn't going to ensure that and this ruling isn't going to change your situation.
this is about ISPs and the people shoving content through them - and whether ISPs can charge for services based on demand and charge content providers if they want to cram massive content through their infrastructure, or "sponsor" content they want to "sponsor" and give it to consumers at lower prices.
Let the fvcking providers and consumers settle pricing.
YOU DON'T HAVE A RIGHT TO THE PRICE AND QUALITY OF SERVICES FOR ANYTHING.
Same people whining about this are the ones projecting trump to be a dictator and they are on the side of socializing an industry.
