Sure I can address that... clearly the SEC is by far the MOST OVER RATED LEAGUE in HISTORY! Everyone said this league was like playing in the NFL and to some degree it is.
SEC does not DOES NOT OWN football anymore!
SEC is still a power house because its teams have the ability to recruit great players. But what we've seen in the SEC is a constant coaching changes circle. Fact is SEC couldn't even produce their 7 bowl teams this year. SEC Is way down in football which has helped Mizzou.
SEC is a real powerhouse in woman basketball, baseball, softball and volleyball. I would go as far to say that baseball and softball is 5 times more dominate than football as it turns out.
Missouri went from a losing record to winning the EAST two times in a row and a four game winning streak in conference this year. Three coaches got fired. Since Missouri has been in the SEC how many times have teams in football turned over coaches... Florida would that be three, Arkansas twice, Vandy three, Tennessee 3, Kentucky 2, LSU, Miss State, even Georgia made coaching changes, South Carolina its like almost every team but Alabama.
Look at baseball, softball, woman basketball for example you don't see anyone leaving.
So I assumed incorrectly that the SEC is a powerhouse in football. But even when you look at bowl games we now see that SEC is a 50/50 conference.
The top of the SEC is better than the top of BIG 12 but the middle and the bottom is the same.
