Even though Norm never won the whole thing, never got to a final four, I'm for a Norm statue and a Pinkel statue. I'm also for pitching in to buy Barry a plane ticket to another state. He can't recruit. He can't coach a defense. He can't retain coaches. He has a losing record. Has never built a top 5 conference team with a winning record.

more than anything he doesn't seem to understand how to recruit kids in the state... if that doesn't send out alarm bells then you're clearly lost
