It does not have to be a public, written accusation.

I don't know if there is a sealed indictment against Trump, Jr., Kushner etc... But just because I don't know doesn't mean one does not exist.

You are correct in that there is no public indictment against Trump, Jr, Kushner, etc...

As I stated previously, the FBI knew of Flynn's guilt six months before the public did. I think it is fair to expect they know a lot more about other suspects as well.

I think Kushner will end up facing criminal charges. I'm less sure about Jr. I think the case will be made that Trump has obstructed justice. I thought that from the public evidence before he and his team began to attempt to discredit the FBI and obfuscate obstruction. Now that they are doing that, I'm more convinced that is where we are heading.
