The Constitution bestows the right to a jury trial in civil matters in excess of $25. That is not a 'natural right'...it is a legal right.
The Constitution bestows the right to an attorney in all criminal matters (and The People will provide someone a taxpayer paid attorney if they cannot afford one). That is not a 'natural right'...it is a legal right.
