First it was a senior member instructed Flynn to reach out to Russia. Then it was the Russian Ambo contacted Flynn directly, and Flynn then informed a senior official of his contacts. Neither is illegal, but there are a lot of inconsistencies in the reporting.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
