Get a pellet smoker and do your own. Really simple once you have done one.

cup sugar
cup kosher salt
herbs
two gallons of water.
bucket.

Let set a day or two in fridge.

Dry off, season.

Put in smoker for 3 or 4 hours.

Rest.

Eat.
