she always cooks it the day before, and then just re-heats it in the over just before dinner on Thanksgiving. It's dry as sandpaper and often still half cold.

I've tried to get her to let me cook it the last few years, and she's unyielding, but I'm done with it. No more sh*t turkey next year, I can't stand it anymore.
