...I think it is clear Odom got a P5 head coaching gig before he was really ready. The Demontie Cross situation is irrefutable proof of that. The key is his ability to adapt and learn. If he is on the start of a steep growth curve that enables him to embark on a journey of growth and improved performance, we will be glad we took a fllier on him. The last 6 games are not sufficient proof that will come to pass, but they provide hope.
