find someone to be a co-DC.

This person will assist Barry to free up time to do HC duties.

This person will not call the plays or design the defense.

This should be obvious to all of you - I'm not sure why it's not.

JH is in full command of the offense.

BO will remain in full control of the defense until this program/his job is stabilized.

If you think this is a bad idea - you are wrong.

If you don't understand why this is the way it'll be - you're not very bright.
