that to me doesn't say much, other than its a short way of saying you need the players to get along without fighting, accept what the coaches tell them as a team, and doesn't have the immature pouter who doesn't accept responsibility and makes excuses for his play and blames other players.

So I never use it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
