in the 7th grade on and not care about grades etc. and they all think they are NBA level players. Some will go and never make it.
UK has a lifetime scholarship for players. They can always come back. The other good thing is these players from the Wall, Cousins team to Booker, Monk and Fox, they all keep the Kentucky connection and help each other. That is why Cal has so many at his HOF induction. They are taught La Familia.
They don't get attention for the millions some like Cousins, Wall and Davis have donated to charity. Cousins still supports several in Sacramento, he has personally funded an animal shelter and donated truck loads of food. He has his temper issue but he is a good person. Cal preaches about helping others, you get more satisfaction than blowing it all.
Boogies brother is trying to make a roster. If he does, he owes me a dinner. I stayed on his ass to lose weight and work harder. I found a car for him that he wanted. Big convertible Impala with a 454 engine. Tricked out now. His money or Boogies, I don't know.
My son met Rudy Gay in Miami Beach in 2015. He and his friends all said he was very cool and having a lot of fun. Can you imagine the women these players can get?
