I have watched all the one and done players at UK and I think it is good for the player. They absolutely get better and add some responsibility that goes with it.
Pat Riley said UK players have a reputation as being good teammates with good work ethic and overall good kids.
I think kU and Duke are good with the one and dones. I think we have had more than both combined.

Watch Porter this year from early till he leaves. You will see the maturity grow.
This is what they will miss in development in the NBA D or G league.

Something needs to be done across sports, especially basketball and football to get some cash to the players for what they bring. A billion going to NCAA and millions to coaches and schools on the backs of often very poor kids.
Eric Bledsoe had lived in a car. His mom, grandmother and family always go to games we have in Alabama.
I'm sure other schools have had some very poor kids. Sometimes it should be the right thing to do.
