be required to maintain any reserve level (this is ummmm's world we're talking about.)

What do you think banks invest in? Do you think they invest $ in government securities? How many banks do you think would be solvent if the government repudiated those securities (again, this is ummmm's wet dream)?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
