When will it begin?
Does favored nation status apply to anyone?
Does it apply to all products and all companies or must they have been hoarding oversees for a specified period of time? What is that period of time?
How much money would be raised or confiscated from those affected?
Do those businesses have an appeal process?
Is there a sunset provision in the bill?
Will the taxes/fees/punishment be annual or one time only?
What will be the impact on the businesses so punished?
Can the taxes/fees/punishments be increased or reduced under any circumstances? What are the circumstances?
Will all companies be taxed/punished the same or are some more deserving of harsh punishment than others?
I'm not as smart or as well informed as you are. Please answer each of those questions and "I don't know" is not an adequate answer.
