I never claimed to know everything. you said you are generally against regulations, but on the fence here..why is that? What about these makes you possibly for them.
It actually seems fairly easy. He wants to give more incentives to companies that keep jobs here, and punish companies that outsource. That seems pretty anti-market to me, and will likely increase costs of goods for the consumer and artificially inflate wages (or promote more illegal worker use).
