Mizzou has typically had a 3-5 million a year increase in AD revenue each year since moving to the SEC and the AD has promptly spent that increase the following year.
Bear in mind the AD owes 52 million on the East Side renovation and is going to end up owing about the same amount on the SEZ. Those are revenue bonds. I.e. FB revenue goes first to pay the bonds. That's probably 10 million a year in interest and sinking fund payments or more.
No University general, appropriated or academic funds go to the AD.
Finally, no 6-10 million dollar coach who's worth the $$$ will take the job because it's too tough to win at Mizzou. Get real!
