The AD is supposed to be self sufficient. Academic, general, etc funds are not to go to the AD except in rare cases. I.e. The first year in the SEC the University funded a 14 million negative cash flow in the AD due to the forfeiture of the last Big XII distribution due to the move.

Mizzzou's FB expenditures have climbed from abou 14 million to 21 million a year since the move. Total AD revenues have increased to an estimated 105 million for the current fiscal year (my estimate, I.e. Last year's 98 million plus an 8 million increase in the SEC distribution. Both numbers are about 10th in the SEC.
