that losing the support of the fringe lunatics and ill informed does not outweigh the consequences of firing said employees and losing the support from the bulk of normal people which greatly exceeds the former group. Plus I would assume most if not all of the owners think being offended by it to be stupid, and have no desire to act in that manner.
