Players are paid to play - they're not paid to stand for the National Anthem.

You act like patrons have some control as to how employees do their job. If you don't like the product leave - no business is going to make every patron happy...

Do you smoke? Does it offend you when you patronize a business and see employees outside taking a smoke break? Do you tell the food service workers how to do their jobs? What the can/cannot do before they hit the counter?
