from legit owners. I have a problem with people that leave their gun laying around to steal. Sure, it's not their fault it's stolen, but it's irresponsible not to lock it up. I would never carry a piece in my car that was not locked up in my glove. Smash and grab punks aren't gonna mess with a locked glove. No time.
