... I've experienced in the US. Far more segregated - geographically, culturally, socioeconomically -- than any city in the South.

It makes some sense for the minority in St. Louis to simply assume that "if it's this bad here in the city, it must be twice as bad out there in the Boone County, cause they some backward country folk out there."

I mean, they are totally wrong, but there is some logic to it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
