Has been in several districts, rural and urban.

Realize I am painting with a broad brush, but some of the home schooling is criminally bad.

Kids literally removed from homes, like little wolf children because they can't write or read.

Older kids watching younger kids instead of getting an education, and they call it "home schooling"

Oversight is a pretty big issue. A lot of these kids simply don't exist in any concrete way that can be moitored, no one watching out for the dumb fvuck abusive parents or the well meaning ones that just don't have the brains to pull it off.
