It just further injures the program. It's clear as day to anybody following it that Odom isn't the right guy for the job.

I really like the guy and was one who enjoyed the idea of him getting a shot and seeing what he could do with it. Well, I've seen enough and it's been a HUGE disappointment. I feel bad for him but not enough to see the program fall deeper into the abyss.

I'll cross my fingers and hope we get rid of him before next season and that we get a guy who can do a much better job.
