approaching the suspect. The suspect had ZERO right to physically assault the cop nor to pull a weapon on him. In our society the suspect would have the right to:

1) remain silent
2) an attorney
3) not to be searched without cause
4) a speedy trial before a jury

Nowhere does he have the right to violently resist arrest and endanger or threaten the life of anyone (including a cop conducting a legal stop)
