Gary Pinkel caved into the pressure from his young and immature players at such a horrible time, it cost him his job. Whether he resigned or was pushed doesn't matter, he chose to leave under the forgiveness of his own personal health.

I don't blame or support Pinkel for his decisions but he made them and we are where we are today because of those decisions.

Not only his resigning, but his emphatic support of someone he probably knew was too young and immature to take over his postition. Again, he caved.

And so now here we are, with an immature Coach with an immature Team that should be mature by now, but they are NOT. And this is because their first Head Coach taught them it was ok to turn your back on a commitment for a personal belief. And then he said, don't worry we will still cater to your needs by hiring from within.
