I was at the Michigan/Appalachian State game

where Michigan lost 34-32. That was the story with that game. Michigan didn't take it seriously, didn't practice well, didn't focus, didn't tackle well, ended up losing the game.

The season after that didn't go great but it wasn't terrible. They ended up beating Florida in the Citrus Bowl and ranked #18 in the country.

So I'll admit it's possible that that's all it was. And if so then there's hope of a 6 or 7 win season this year. But I just don't know. We'll see how they do against South Carolina.
