Looking at last week's game, the jet and orbit (deeper in the backfield) motions gave our defense all kind of problems. I suspect MoSt didn't show it last year and we were utterly unprepared for it.

Cross acknowledged as much and characterized USCe as a "more conventional offense."

Wishful thinking perhaps, but I'm hoping the defense will show much better this week as a result.

*We better be prepared for RB wheel route. USCe loves to run it. Scored on NCSt on a RB wheel. Ran two in a row against us last year and beat Beisel on the second one for a TD.
