Thats exactly what is happening now. So how would that get govt out of car ins?
You cant renew your license plates etc without jumping thru hoops the govt put in place. You get a ticket if you cant prove you have insurance.
I dont think thats a bad thing, but thats what tman and others are arguing.
The question remains: If govt doesnt require people to have car ins, what happens when a poor, uninsured driver puts me in the hospital and cant pay for it?
