Beisel played few snaps Saturday and it was one game. If that continues and he starts to grumble then you have your captain grumbling. Your captain cannot help you from the sideline. He's not out on the field to talk to officials, to provide leadership to the rest of the D. Coaches always prefer their best players be their leaders.
