Park Service, who the hell did you think I was referencing for God's sakes.
However it's also & primarily at the State level at the moment, so you are inaccurate.
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources, who reviews applications, like "Waiver" ones, before they go to the National Parks Service.
They are in the process of doing that, so pump your breaks.
It also involve local reps for the National & State levels.
I went from 0-100, because:
1) You were, out of the blue in a Cards thread, spewing half assed info, & it hits real close to home for me (the business & fandom part);
2) & really of a more primary factor - After posting the OP here re: Flaherty & before checking this thread to blow off some "time??," I received word of a death in my family.
