They haven't even successfully halted work & only were seeking too to begin to work out the details to get approval for the rest of the construction . $66-$67 million in financing already approved.

He great majority are for it & they just started grading brides the approval from the Park Service, which will come because it is a perfect fit & perfectly satisfies the Parks Service's requsites.

Does dumbazz happen to know that there are 4 other parks around STL with ice rinks in them? & those are solely indoor rinks, while the current proposal/plan has an outdoor rink plus added trails & a new lake??
