Direct spending on Infrastucture is Direct spending. It is not "meted out in hopes in all different directions".

So - I have figured it out. You don't know what Trickle Down Economics means. George Herbert Walker Bush running against Ronnie Reagan called in "Voodoo Economics" back in the day and it has now become the CENTRAL plank of right wing/GOP economic policy.
