Trickle Down - someday tax breaks to rich will let them spend and that spending and investments will create a flood of investments and a flood of jobs. It has never worked.

Infrastructure. Hire people to build things. Those are jobs. The income created by those jobs leads to demand - which creates more jobs AND new infrastructure attracts private investors to put in where all new infrastructure is. Not remotely connected to trickle down.
