According to your convoluted and adolescent logic, the ACT OF crossing the border illegally is a crime. But after you've crossed, you're safe.
They didn't just steal second base. They are not safe once they accomplish it.
And um, what if instead of being on an illegal alien list, the guy is on the terror watch list? He hasn't killed anyone, but the feds think he is part of a group planning to blow up your house.
Let him go? Don't help the feds?
