More nuclear, less regulation on nuclear, more oversight. Specifically concerning the recycling of nuclear material that allows EU plants the ability to reuse waste in their reactors.
Tax credits for energy efficiency initiatives, both personal/individual and business.
Tax credits and or breaks for emerging businesses related to green technology. It would have to be done in an efficient way so money is not wasted.
Increased world leadership in green technologies and initiatives. ie, the Paris Accord.
Im sure theres more, but thats a fantastic start off the top of my head. Most importantly, there shouldnt be a ridiculously ill-informed sector of people that vehemently object because of partisan politics. That would be another significant step forward.
