you are ascribing actions to groups. Yes, every different subsets of groups has their tendencies, behaviors, etc. However, the individual is what matters. I find it amazing how much you are willing to sacrifice individuals for so called advancement of groups. And you minimize that individual by mocking that individual's feelings.

Do you have kids? Do/did you raise that kid by some textbook based on tendencies...or did you raise that kid based on him/her as an individual?
