hyperbole but also like most of his statements at heart it was truthful. The idiots on the left who claim there is NO voter fraud are clueless. There was an excess of 130M votes cast for president in '16,to say there were zero fraudulent votes is almost statistically impossible.
The question is not wether there is voter fraud or not, the question is if voter fraud actually affects elections. I would guess that no presidential election has been affected by fraud. I would also guess that there have been multiple house and senate seats that have. Too many of those come down to a small number of votes. It would not take too many to change an election now and then.
