to education.
You and yours claim that education is not a natural right because it (initially) is dependent on the labor of others.
That labor starts with parents (or primary caregivers) and graduates to other educators that are either parents/guardians, or public/private school teachers. At some point, it continues on until death as we expand our education formally or informally and with or without the labor of others.
Shall I continue?
Let's say a girl in Afghanistan (or Alabama) has self taught herself to read.
She has no book in the house and she wants to go to the library to read a book on a topic that interests her but the Taliban (or the Alabama National Guard) have armed people preventing her from getting that book because of her gender (or her color)
Have her rights been violated? What right...since her stated reason is to get more educated on a topic?
Let's say she wants to go to a local school and has earned a scholarship to that school. But the Taliban (or the Alabama National Guard) have armed people preventing her from getting into that school because of her gender (or her color)
