Positive rights require others to provide you with either a good or service.
A negative right, on the other hand, only requires others to abstain from interfering with his actions.
In order to survive a newborn requires others to provide him with either a good or service.
By not feeding or clothing the child who was born hungry, naked and unable to feed or clothe itself, are the parents failing 'to provide him with either a good or service' or are they 'interfering with his actions'?
If you think they are interfering with his actions, what action is that and how are they interfering?
