Concrete and fluid are pretty damned contradictory.

When you say that a constitutional right is "concrete", you're not using the term concrete in the "concrete versus abstract" sense. You're using it to imply that it is firmly created, because it is found in a constitution versus a law, or a textbook, or something less concrete.
In that sense, concrete and fluid are exact opposites.
You should google "concrete vs. abstract", so you will better understand why that framework is not at play here.

Abstract words refer to intangible qualities, ideas, and concepts. These words indicate things we know only through our intellect, like "truth," "honor," "kindness," and "grace." Concrete words refer to tangible, qualities or characteristics, things we know through our senses.
