And the solution? To require new developments to set aside a portion of living quarters for local resident workers.

And a dad who DOES NOT want to accept Section 8 housing but will be forced into it because of the living situations forced on him.

The side-effectd of the open market capitalism you beat your chest about sure seems to lead to socialist programs to support it.
